My aunt gave me this recipe some years ago and the fist time I made it for a family get together everyone loved it and now that's what they ask me to bring. If I make it for a get together I make 2 batches but I make them one at a time then mix together and put in the fridge. THIS IS THE BEST IF MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For asian salad

  • 1 bunch
    green onions chopped (i only use 3 and part of the green part)
  • 1 pkg
    coleslaw mix
  • 2 pkg
    beef ramen noodles crushed
  • 1 c
    sunflower kernels
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 2/3 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    beef packs from ramen noodles

How To Make asian salad

    I mix the dressing first. Mix the vinegar, oil, sugar and the 2 beef packs in a jar ( I use a pint mason jar) Shake well until the sugar is mixed well then set aside. Mix the top 4 ingredients in a bowl then add the dressing and mix well. This is best if made the night before a get together.
