Amish Egg & Olive Salad

- hard-cooked eggs, cooled and peeled
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 dash(es)
- black pepper
- 1/4 c
- mayonnaise (i was out of mayo, so i used miracle whip; either is fine)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp
- chopped green olives with pimentos
- 1 to 2 tsp
- prepared mustard (i used dijon mustard; my favorite kind!)
1Chop eggs into small chunks.
2Fold in remaining ingredients and chill.
3Serve on bread or rolls with lettuce leaves (or can be served as a side dish).
