Velvet Pear Mold

Everyone loves this light jello salad. You need a blender to prepare this recipe.

1 pkg
3 oz. pkg. lime jello (sugar free)
1 pkg
3 oz. pkg. lemon jello (sugar free)
1 can(s)
29 oz. pears drained
1 1/2 c
boiling water
1 pkg
8 oz. cream cheese (any kind)
1 tsp
lemon juice
3 dash(es)
green food coloring
1 c
cool whip (fat free/sugar free)


1In blender dissolve 1 pkg. lemon and 1 pkg. lime jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. A portion at a time.
2Blend gelatin with 29 oz. can pears. Then add cream cheese and 1 teasp. lemon juice and puree. Add 3 drops green food coloring and blend.
3Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened about 1 hour. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into mold or casserole dish. Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or best overnight.
