I make this for holiday dinners and special occasions, and everyone always raves about it. My husband swears it's better than ice cream, and he loves to get a big bowl of it for dessert.

Ingredients

2 small box
apricot jello (or 1 large box)
1 c
sugar
2 c
boiling water
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1 (20 oz) can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg
cream cheese
1 jar(s)
apricot baby food for 2nd stage eaters
1 - 1 1/2 c
pecans, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix Jello and sugar in large bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until Jello and sugar are completely dissolved.

Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, baby food, and pecans. Mix well, using hands to mix until the cream cheese is in pea-sized pieces.

Transfer mixture to serving bowl and refrigerate until firm, overnight.
