Sour Cream Cranberry Salad
My Mother, Father and My husband love this recipe. Dad and my husband are diabetics so I also make it sugar free.
1Boil 2 cups water. Put 1 cup in deep bowl and add can of cranberries, blend until liquid and smooth.
Take other 1 cup of hot water and dissolve 2 packages of raspberry jello. Add dissolved jello to cranberry mixture, add pecans.
2Put 1/2 of mixture in either a jello mold or 8x8 dish, and chill until almost firm. Than once firm spread sour cream over the firm jello.
3Once sour cream is spread add remainder of mixture on top of the sour cream. Refrigerate until firm, and serve.
