lemon jell-o (3 oz box)
(handfuls) mini marshmallows
pecans, in pieces
strawberry jell-o (3 oz box)
1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add marshmallows; stir until dissolved and begins to gel. Then add grated cheese, celery and walnuts. Add whipped cream and mix with mayonnaise. Put into a loaf pan
2Mix strawberry Jell-O and 2 cups hot water. Chill until it begins to gel, then pour over top of salad in loaf pan.
3Cut into squares when set; serve on a lettuce leaf.
