Orange Jello - Dissolve jello with one cup boiling water. When thoroughly dissolved, add orange juice.
Add mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. (I only use Dole).
Cover with Cling Wrap and refrigerate until set.
Topping - In mixer, add pudding, milk and Cool Whip until well blended. (Make sure you add enough milk for desired consistency). Once orange jello has set up, add topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
