- (1#ea)pitted dark sweet cherries (undrained)
- 2/3 c
- lemon juice
- 2 pkg
- (3oz ea) cherry jello
- 1--1/12 c
- chopped pecans
- 2/3--1 c
- green olives---sliced
1drain cherries and reserve juice.
Combine syrup,lemon juice,& enough water to equal 3-1/2 cups.
Heat until boiling point & dissolve jello in boiling water.
2Chill until congeled.
Add cherries,nuts,olives,& mix gently.
3Pour into lightly oiled 1-1/2 Qt. mold and chill until firm.
