Mary's Easy Tomato Aspic
This recipe came from a retired nurse friend many years ago. Everyone loves it and you will too!
1Drain tomatoes; bring juice to a boil; add jello; add tomatoes which you have cut up by hand or in a food processor or blender; chill; serve and enjoy!
2Can be doubled easily: use a large pkg. of jello and large can of tomatoes. You can substitute diced tomatoes that have onions, and peppers in them.
