Ingredients

16 large marshmallows
1 small pkg of lime jello
8 oz cool whip (1 container)
1 c milk
2/3 c light miracle whip
8 oz softened cream cheese
20 oz crushed pineapple
pecans (opt.)

This dessert recipe is a family tradition every Easter and Christmas. It has a light and fluffy texture and a tropical flavor that will satisfy your tastebuds! Enjoy!

 

Directions

Mix together marshmallows and milk in double boiler until melted. Remove from heat and add package of lime jello. Stir until completely dissolved.

Add softened cream cheese to jello mixture until well blended. Add pineapple then let cool for about 10 minutes.

After it's cooled stir in the mayonnaise and fold in the whip cream. (Optional - Add pecans in the jello or on top for garnish). Pour into mold and chill until firm.(3-4 hours) Enjoy =)

@Melissa - I've never left the mayo out, but you could if you want too. Also, you can use 1 or 2% Milk depending on your preference.
