My brother, sisters and myself love this Jello Salad. My Grandma Bell would make this for the holidays.My Grandma past away Christmas Eve of 2004. I just recently was able the get ahold of her recipe box.Cooking is the one thing my grandma and I shared a passion for and I learned so much from her. I am so glad I found this recipe and we can ounce again have "Moldy Stuff" for the holidays.

Ingredients For lime jello salad (moldy stuff)

1 canpineapple, crushed drained ( save the juice)

8 ozpkg. cream cheese

6 ozbox lime jello

1grated, carrot
How To Make lime jello salad (moldy stuff)

1Use directions on back of jello box.Disolve jello in boiling water(use pineapple juice in boiling water.) Stir in cream cheese, add carrots. Pour jello mixture into container of your choice. Refridgerate until jello is set.
