This is a dessert my Mother made every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as my family did.

Ingredients

1 large
lemon jello
1 c
cool whip
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
3 - 4
stalks of celery, diced
1 jar(s)
stuffed olives, chopped
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained
1 c
nuts, your choice pecans or walnuts

Directions Step-By-Step

dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water, cool with 1 cup cold,liquid, I use the juice drained from the pineapple and enough water to make 1 cup
let set till semi-solid.

add remaining ingredients mixing well.
pour into jello mold and return to fridge to set up.
