walnuts or pecans, chopped
boiling water (for jello)
Remove zest from both oranges and save. Peel oranges, remove seeds and pulp and chop.
Chop or grind cranberries. (I used food processor for both cranberries and oranges.)
Add sugar to oranges, cranberries and orange zest and let set in refrigerator.
Dissolve jello in hot water. Chill until slightly syrupy.
Combine all ingredients and chill. Stir again. Cover and place in refrigerator until firm. Best made 1-2 days in advance.
