My mother-n-law had made this for years. All our family dinners and holidays she was asked to make a double recipe.
1In a large sauce pan bring 7up to a boil add jello then and desolve then add pineapple, cream cheese till melted and mixed well. Put in mixing bowl set bowl in refrigerator till cool, bring back out and fold in cool whip till well blended then add nuts & marshmallows. Pour into you favorite holiday bowl and chill over night.
2She also said if it appears alittle to thick add alittle more 7up while it's still on the pan. Be careful not to add to much. Also you can put mixture in a 9x13 pan, and let it set up, then slice it into squares and serve on salad plates resting on bib lettuce.
