Ingredients For 3 layer christmas jello salad

2 lg pkgraspberry jell-o

1 sm jargreen olives, stuffed

1 jarcherries, bing, reserve juice

1 - 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, room temperature

8 ozwhipping cream
-
2 sm pkggreen jell-o

2 sm pkglemon or lime jell-o

1 sm canpineapple, crushed
How To Make 3 layer christmas jello salad

1Chop olives & cherries.

2Mix with reserved cherry juice & water to make liquid volume specified on raspberry Jell-o package. Add cherries.

3Add to Jello & let set in 9 x 13" pan in refrigerator until very firm.

4SECOND LAYER: Cream cheese, whipping cream. Whip cream, then add softened cream cheese.

5Spread on top of firmed first layer.

6Let set in refrigerator 2 - 3 hours (until firm).

7THIRD LAYER: Green Jello, Lime or Lemon (add food coloring, if not dark enough), crushed pineapple, drained & olives. Mix jello with required water for canned fruit, add pineapple.

8Cool, but do not let set.

9Pour on top of 1st & 2nd layers, then let set.
