Ingredients For 3 layer christmas jello salad

  • 2 lg pkg
    raspberry jell-o
  • 1 sm jar
    green olives, stuffed
  • 1 jar
    cherries, bing, reserve juice
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    whipping cream
  • 2 sm pkg
    green jell-o
  • 2 sm pkg
    lemon or lime jell-o
  • 1 sm can
    pineapple, crushed

How To Make 3 layer christmas jello salad

    Chop olives & cherries.
  • 2
    Mix with reserved cherry juice & water to make liquid volume specified on raspberry Jell-o package. Add cherries.

    Add to Jello & let set in 9 x 13" pan in refrigerator until very firm.

    SECOND LAYER: Cream cheese, whipping cream. Whip cream, then add softened cream cheese.

    Spread on top of firmed first layer.

    Let set in refrigerator 2 - 3 hours (until firm).

    THIRD LAYER: Green Jello, Lime or Lemon (add food coloring, if not dark enough), crushed pineapple, drained & olives. Mix jello with required water for canned fruit, add pineapple.

    Cool, but do not let set.

    Pour on top of 1st & 2nd layers, then let set.
