Ingredients For vinegar coleslaw

    large head cabbage
  • 1 1/2 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make vinegar coleslaw

    Shred cabbage finely in food processor.
  • 2
    In large mixing bowl toss cabbage with salt and sugar. Add vinegar and toss again.

    Best if made 24 hours before serving and allowed to marinate.
