This is just a salad recipe I made up to try and get in as much nutrition from veggies and such as possible to eat along as a side dish

romaine lettuce head

baby spinach

Chop it all up and mix and enjoy! One note though...I only use the lemon to squeeze the lemon juice onto it all at the end:)
