Taco Salad (Meatless)

This is our favorite salad to serve with a summer BBQ or anytime you want something delicious all by itself.

Ingredients

1 head
iceburgh lettus
1 Lg.
tomato
1 can
dark kidney beans rinsed
1 8oz
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 lg
onion diced
1 bottle
catalina dressing
1 bag
corn chips (amount to taste)

Step-By-Step

1in large bowl shred lettus, add diced fresh tomato, beans, cheese, onion and dressing. Add corn chips and toss.
