Spinach Salad with Mandarin Oranges & Jicama

I put this salad together one night and hubby loved it. It's very festive looking. I have taken it to family gatherings in the past - even spinach haters liked it.

Marie's Poppy Seed salad dressing is the best. Creamy and light tasting. No weird aftertaste. It's hard to find, but I've always found it at Safeway.
