bag of spinach, fresh, pre-cleaned leaves

apple, diced (i use granny smith)
5 slice

bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, reserving 1 teaspoons grease for cooking almonds

green onions and tops, thinly sliced
1/3 c

sliced almonds, cooked in 1 tsp bacon drippings
DRESSING
1/2 c

salad or olive oil
1 tsp

sugar (can adjust this amount to your taste)
3 Tbsp

How To Make spinach salad with bacon and apples

Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in smaller bowl, using a whisk. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
