SALAD IN 24 HOURS
It was so easy to make when I was given this recipe I had to share.

- lettuce head
- red onion, sliced into rings
- celery stalk, sliced thin
- 2 can(s)
- water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 pkg
- petite peas, frozen
- 2 c
- 4 Tbsp
- **cheddar cheese, shredded (your desired amount)
1Layer ingrediants in a bowl (a clear bowl makes a nice presintation) as listed but not past the mayonnaise.
2In a seprate bowl combine the mayonnaise and sugar. Mix until the sugar is dissolved and then pour over the salad.
3Top with the chedder cheese (use as much as you like but make sure there is nothing showing through it)
4Let it set in your refrigerator over night and then serve.
