This is a recipe I learned (or stole) from my wife. The nuts and Ramen noodles give it a great "crunch."

Great crunch, indeed! This simple salad has terrific flavors and texture. It would be great to serve alongside most any dish, or on its own as a meal.

Ingredients

1 c
pecans, chopped
1 pkg
ramen noodles, crushed
4 Tbsp
butter
1
bunch broccoli
1
head romaine lettuce
4
green onions and stems
1 c
oil
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
3 tsp
soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown first three ingredients and set aside to drain on paper towel.
2Chop broccoli, lettuce and green onions.
3Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
4Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
