Ingredients

5 oz
sour cream
4 Tbsp
prepared pesto sauce
1 1/2 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

celery stalks, chopped

roasted bell peppers, sliced
lettuce leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

MIx Sour Cream with Pesto. Add chicken, celery and bell pepper. Toss. Add Salt and Pepper, toss again. Cover and Chill until needed.

Remove salad from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Stir, and serve on top of lettuce leaves.
