This salad is quick and delicious for a great lunch or dinner, especially on a hot day. I often serve it when I have friends over for steaks on the grill and I always get lots of rave reviews about this salad. Not only is it a family favorite, but it looks impressive when served. It's a salad that no one expects and the flavors are scrumptious!
