Ingredients For joy's italian sub 7-layer salad

  • 4 pkg
    bag of salad mix
  • 8 md
    tomatoes
  • 1 jar
    green olives
  • 1 pkg
    cheese, shredded, large
  • 6 pkg
    hormel real bacon bits
  • 1 pkg
    oscar mayer ham & turkey sub combo
  • 1 pkg
    hormel pepperoni
  • 1 pkg
    genoa salami, sliced

How To Make joy's italian sub 7-layer salad

    Chop or shred ham, turkey, and salami Cut tomatoes in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2
    Layer until pan is full: salad mix meats (Ham, turkey, salami, bacon bits) cheese olives

    Tastes just like an Italian sub with Italian dressing or a nice vinaigrette. It's delicious with any dressing you like. I usually make a large pan (11 x 20) which can feed 20 or more people. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
