Fat in half Asian Ginger Dressing

This is my favorite dressing!!! A little bit goes a long way. Put one tablespoon over your salad and if you can, cover your salad and shake it so the salad is even covered and delicious!

Ingredients

3
garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp
ginger
3 oz
olive oil, light
1/3 c
rice vinegar
1/2 c
soy sauce
2/3 c
water
3 Tbsp
raw honey

Step-By-Step

1In a container that is 2 cups or greater, combine all ingredients. Cover container tightly and put in microwave for 1 minute to dissolve honey. Mix thoroughly and and serve 1 tablespoon over your salad.
