| 1 btl | red grapefruit sections |
| 1 | avocado |
| 1 sm | sweet red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 1/3 c | roquefort cheese, crumbles |

| 2/3 c | vegetable oil |
| 1/3 c | red wine vinegar |
| sugar, to taste | |
| garlic powder, to taste | |

My Aunt loved this recipe on warm summer days, and said " With the already-prepared grapefruit sections, this salad can be fixed in a "snap." She passed away but her recipes keep her active in my heart.

We REALLY enjoy this combination of grapefruit, avocado and Roquefort cheese. Together they make for a really great-tasting salad. I can’t wait to have it again!
Directions
On 6 salad plates, arrange lettuce pieces. Top with drained grapefruit sections and avocado slices. Adda few separated rings of onion and desired amount of Roquefort crumbles. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
