Ingredients For dandelion salad - dressing

In pot over med/low heat add all ingredients. Stir continuously with whisk or fork until mixture bubbles and doubles/triples in size. Good for one medium bunch of Dandelion.. Let mixture cool before adding to greens!! ENJOY
