This is a great salad and you mix your own salad dressing.

Ingredients

1 pkg
fresh baby spinach
1/2 c
to 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 c
to 3/4 cup of dried cranberries

SALAD DRESSING

1/3 c
olive or vegetable oil
3 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
sour cream
1/2 tsp
dijon mustard

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl, combine the spinach, pecans, and cranberries.

2In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well.

3Drizzle over salad and toss to coat; serve immediately. 6-8 servings.
