Ingredients For chefville caesar salad

4 clovegarlic, minced

4 clovegarlic, sliced

4 x lgegg yolks

5anchovies

6 Tbspparmesan cheese

1 tspworcestershire sauce, low sodium

1 tspdijon mustard

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 pinchsalt & pepper
-
1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

4 cold bread, cubed (italian or french)

1romaine lettuce head
How To Make chefville caesar salad

1DRESSING: In a food processor, blend the minced garlic, egg yolks, anchovy fillets, 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard & lemon juice. Season to taste with salt & black pepper. Blend until smooth.

2GARNISH: Add a small amount of oil to a large skillet & bring it to medium heat. Add sliced garlic to the hot oil. Remove garlic from pan when brown & place on a plate lined with a paper towel. Leave the oil in the pan & add the bread cubes. Brown the bread cubes, season with salt & pepper & remove from the oil onto the plate lined with the paper towel.

3Place lettuce in a large bowl. Toss with dressing, remaining Parmesan cheese & seasoned bread cubes.
