garlic
1 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
cracked pepper
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/4 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
lemon juice
4 small
anchovy fillets
1/4 c
tarragon vinegar
1 c
olive oil
1 large
egg

Directions Step-By-Step

Rub a salad bowl with the cut garlic - add salt, pepper, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and anchovy fillets ((or I use the anchovy paste) and mash well until smooth.
Add vinegar, oil and beaten egg - mix well until blended with a fork
