Wash core apples and slice thinly with a mandalyn also slice the celery thin.
Add the lemon juice to the apples and celery to keep from turning brown.
Mix the buttermilk, cider vinegar. honey, and the Worcestershire sauce together and set aside.
Crumble the blue cheese and sprinkle on the apples. Add the buttermilk dressing. and sprinkle on the toasted walnuts
