Ingredients For orange-pecan salad.

    whole, shelled pecans
  • 6 Tbsp
    light greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1
    6 oz pkg mixed salad greens, preferably organic
  • 1
    head endive, cut crosswise into 1
  • 1
    11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh dill

How To Make orange-pecan salad.

    Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add pecans and cook, stirring for 3-4 mins. Remove from skillet and cool.

    In lg bowl, combine salad dressing and dill. Add salad greens, endive, oranges, feta cheese, onion slices and pecans. Gently toss to coat.
