Orange-Ginger Dressing

Some folks like this salad dressing in the Spring but I like it all year long. Since I make it fresh I know it's good and I know what's in it.

vegetabe oil
2 oz
white wine or white wine vinegar
4 Tbsp
orange juices with pulp
2 Tbsp
fresh chives
2 Tbsp
fresh minced parsley
1 Tbsp
fresh grated ginger
1 tsp
brown sugar, light
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until well blended. Pour into a container and chill several hours. I like to serve this over fresh greens with mandarin oranges and cold grilled chicken or fish.
