I have NO IDEA where the name of this salad came from....all I know is that we really like it!!

Ingredients

1 pkg
(3 oz,) apricot jello
3/4 c
sugar
1 can(s)
(sm) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 pkg
(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar(s)
(lge.) apricot-tapioca baby food
1
(8 oz.) ctn. cool whip

Step-By-Step

1Mix Jello,(with liquid listed on box) sugar, and pineapple together in a saucepan, and bring to a boil; mix well.
2Remove from heat to cool. Cool until beginning to thicken.
3Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with baby food. Combine with the cooled Jello mixture.
4Fold in Cool Whip.
5Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
