This is a recipe from a Weight Watchers mini cookbook called "Fast and Fancy Favorites, A Family Cookbook. This is an older book, so the program exchanges are probably obsolete. I will list them, at the bottom anyway.

Ingredients

reduced-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c
crushed pineapple, in juice, no sugar added
1 1/2 tsp
dry orange jello, regular or no sugar added
1 pkg
artifical sweetner
1/2 tsp
vanilla
