  • 1 lb
    seedless watermelon, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes or balls (4 cups)
  • 3 c
    seedless green grapes, halved
  • 2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp
    red or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquid honey

    In a large bowl combine watermelon, grapes, blueberries, and basil.

    FOR DRESSING: In a small bowl whisk together vinegar and honey. Pour dressing over fruit; stir gently to coat. If desired, cover and chill for up to 8 hours.
