Ingredients

1 lb
fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c
sugar (i use ultra fine)
1 lb
bag of mini marshmallows
15 1/2 oz
canned crushed pineapple
8 oz
cool whip

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash and drain cranberries. Pulse berries in food processor till some are fine and some are not so fine. You can chop if you don't have a food processor.

Place processed cranberries in large bowl and stir in the sugar and pineapple including the juice and stir in marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving stir the mixture and add the Cool Whip and serve and enjoy!
