A pretty and really tasty side dish or accompanient to any meat dish. Unusual and glad I ran across my recipe. I need to make one soon! I hope you will enjoy!

Ingredients For drema's coca-cola congealed salad

1 lgpineapple, crushed, do not drain juice

1 canblack cherries. drained, chopped pcs (reserve juice)

1 pkgcream cheese, small, softened to room temp

1 pkgblack cherry jello
-
1 pkgraspberry jello
-
1 cpecans, chopped

1 bottlecoca cola, small
How To Make drema's coca-cola congealed salad

1Spray a glass serving dish with non-stick spray. Remove excess with paper towel. Set aside.

2In small sauce pan place all of pineapple and juice along with JUST the juice of cherries. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello's. Stir until melted thoroughly. Add cream cheese by mashing in. Mix thoroughly until cream cheese is dissolved. Allow mixture to thoroughly cool. (Approximately 30 minutes)

3Once mixture is cool, add the coke, cherry pieces and nuts. Stir gently. Refrigerate overnite. Enjoy. You can serve from the dish or cut in squares and lift out to your favorite serving platter on some nice greens. *Optional - great with a whipped topping.
