I was looking for a refreshing dish to serve on a hot night. This worked better then well. Nothing like fresh fruit to be refreshing.

Ingredients

fancy lettuce
cantaloupe cut into medium size pieces
strawberries, fresh hulled and halfed
grapes, seedless
chopped nuts
fete cheese crumbled
mint, fresh
basil, fresh
honey

Directions Step-By-Step

Assemble this salad in each plate, lay lettuce on each plate 1 or 2 leaves each.pile on melon,berries, grapes,sprinkle with nuts,crumble on feta cheese and add Mint leaves and basil corsley chopped.Drisel on honey and serve.
