Dark Cherry Cola Salad with Cream Cheese and Pecans
- 2 (3 oz.)
- box dark cherry jello (black cherry)
- 1 cup
- hot water
- 16 oz.
- 3/4 tsp.
- lemon juice
- 4 oz.
- cream cheese, very cold, cut into tiny cubes
- 1/2 cup
- chopped pecans or walnuts
- (8 3/4 oz.) can dark sweet cherries, drained, cut in half (*save juice for another use such as adding it to your glass of iced tea)
Add cola and refrigerate til gelatin is slightly thickened.
Stir in cherries, nuts and cream cheese.
Pour into jello mold and chill til completely set.
