one more note... personal contribution to this recipe has been..... stabilized whipped cream. i do this so that the 'next day' , it doesn't separate into a gloppy mess... still looks good! i use either a product, called 'whip-it' or gelatin got recipe for gelatin from Wilton...

- fresh cranberries

- whipping cream

- 15 oz. cruushed pineapple, packed in it's own juice
1Day 1: wash & pick over, cranberries. Grind cranberries, & add 1 c. sugar. mix, & chill.
2Day 2:Mix undrained pineapple w/ marshmallows. Chill
3Day 3: Prepare whipped cream. Fold all 3 steps together, till blended. Chill.
