A wonderful fruit salad for a fall festivity or carry into the holiday season.
This recipe has 2 parts; Day 1 & Day 2

DAY 1

egg, slightly beaten
8 oz
crushed pineapple in juice
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
flour
1/2 c
sugar

DAY 2

8 oz
cool whip

apples, peeled or leave with skin on for color
1 c
peanuts
1 jar(s)
caramel sauce topping used for ice cream

Directions Step-By-Step

In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients from day 1 bring to a boil, cook until thick and refrigerate overnight.

Day 2 combine the sauce from day 1 reserving a bit to sprinkle on top for presentation.

Sprinkle with additional peanuts if desired.
