Ingredients

1 c
diced apple
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 c
diced celery
1/2
carrots, grated
1/2 c
raisins
1/2 c
or 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

Step-By-Step

1Wash apples,celery,and carrots before dicing and grating.
2Toss apples with lemon juice.
3Add celery,carrot,and raisins.
4Fold yogurt into apple mixture.
5Cover.Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
6Refrigerate leftovers.
