- (20 oz.) pineapple chunks or tidbits
- 1 large
- (or 2 small) cans mandarin oranges
- 16 oz
- sour cream
- 2 c
- coconut, flaked
- 2 c
- miniature marshmallows (i use the colored ones)
- may also add or substitute seedless white or red grapes
1Drain the juice from the pineapple and oranges. (Save it for drinking later!) In a large bowl, combine the fruits, sour cream, coconut and marshmallows until thoroughly mixed.
2Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
