Ingredients For waldorf chicken salad

2 lgapples, cored and diced with peel left on

sea salt, to taste

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 Tbsphoney

2 stalkcelery, chopped

1/3 cmayonnaise

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

2chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, and diced

2 Tbspblue cheese, crumbled (optional)

1/3 cplain yogurt
How To Make waldorf chicken salad

1Combine yogurt and mayonnaise to make dressing. Mix diced chicken, 2 large diced apples, celery and walnuts in a large bowl. Set aside. In a smaller bowl, stir together dressing, honey, and blue cheese if desired. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with a pinwheel of thin apple slices.
