Rancher's Vegetable Chicken Salad

With the hot weather and all the fresh produce I didn't want something heavy for lunch and this wonderful salad is what I came up with.
It can be served plain or made into a sammie or wrap.

3 c
cooked chicken, diced
1 c
red pepper, diced
1 c
green pepper, diced
3/4 c
sweet red onion, diced
1 c
celery, diced
1 c
broccoli florets
3/4 c
shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/3 c
1/3 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
ranch sesoning mix
1 Tbsp
jd's bacon salt
1/2 tsp
cj's seasoning (recipe in my recipes)


Step 1 Direction Photo

1Mix all ingredients well in medium size bowl and serve. If you are making this the day before I would leave the shredded cheese out until right before serving then mix it in.
