baked chicken breasts diced in chunks
hand chopped onion and celery
Skin and Dice baked chicken breasts into large chunks and place in deep bowl
Mix in mayo and salad dressings
Add Pineapple chucks, onion and celery and sliced almonds
Season with sage and white pepper and mix
Cut large pineapple in half vertically and carve out center in a square. Place Chicken salad i nside.
Serve on an elongated plate with a berry or banana muffin and slices of Mellon and whole strawberry
