2 cchicken breasts, cooked and cubed

1 cmushrooms, thinly sliced

1 canbean sprouts

1 csnow peas, julienned

1/2 cgreen onions, sliced

1watercress bunch
How To Make gingered chicken salad

1Place the chicken, green onions, peas, bean sprouts and mushrooms in a large bowl.

2Combine the soy sauce, ginger, oil, sesame oil, lemon juice and garlic and toss with the chicken mixture.

3If desired, transfer to a bed of lettuce on a serving platter and arrange watercress around it.
